This in-the-hoop project DOES NOT require a regular sewing machine.  Complete pdf tutorial included in your zip file.  A 5 x 7 or 6 x 10 embroidery hoop required.

 

Gather Your Supplies:

 

+ Heavy Weight Water Soluable Stabilizer OR Wet N Gone Stabilizer (either will work)
+ Grosgain Ribbon -- 1/4” to 5/8” (either will work) OR Elastic; cut at desired length for child’s head size
+ Small sharp scissors
+ Fabric --
    * Pumpkin 5x7 -- 6” by 8” for pumpkin face and back, scraps for stem and leaf
    * Pumpkin 6x10 -- 2 pieces of 7” by 9” for pumpkin face and back, scraps for stem and leaf
